Instagram account recovery service
Recover legitimately-owned Instagram accounts that have been suspended, locked, hacked, or restricted. Refund if your case is unrecoverable from day one.
Instagram disables accounts for many reasons, and not all of them are deserved. Identity verification false positives, copyright strikes on your own original content, suspicious-login locks, business account restrictions tied to old policy issues — these are all reversible if the appeal is drafted correctly and escalated through the right channel.
What we do not do: recover accounts that are not legitimately yours, evade legitimate enforcement against repeated policy violations, or take payment for cases that have no realistic path forward. We tell you upfront whether your case is worth pursuing.
Cases we handle
- Identity verification locks — account locked pending photo or ID submission
- Suspicious-login locks — login from new device or country triggered an automatic lock
- Hacked accounts — email/password changed by attacker, 2FA disabled, recovery email modified
- Suspension appeals — account disabled for policy violation you believe was incorrectly flagged
- Business account restrictions — restricted from advertising, shopping, or messaging features
- Verification (blue check) appeals — re-verification after loss, initial verification with documentation
- Copyright strike disputes — strikes on your own original content, fair-use disputes
- Impersonation reversal — when someone reported your account as impersonating, but it's actually yours
Cases we decline
- Accounts that are not legitimately yours (no proof of ownership)
- Repeated policy-violation accounts with multiple confirmed strikes
- CSAM, terror, or sale-of-illegal-goods related disables (Meta does not reverse these)
- Accounts disabled for actual coordinated inauthentic behavior
Process
- Free case review. You share what happened, when, error messages received, and any prior appeal attempts. We tell you within hours whether the case is worth pursuing and give a fixed price.
- Identity preparation. We help you assemble proof of ownership: original signup email, business registration if applicable, government-issued ID for personal accounts, photo verification for selfie checks.
- Strategy. Different appeals route through different teams: in-app appeals, business support, partner escalation, Meta legal contacts, or specialized verification flows. We pick the right one for your case.
- Execution. We draft appeals on your behalf for you to submit, prepare evidence packages, and coordinate any required actions on your end (forwarding emails, submitting forms).
- Follow-through. Most cases require 2–4 escalations over 5–14 days. We handle the cadence so you don't have to.
- Resolution. Account restored, business features re-enabled, or honest "no further options" verdict. If unrecoverable from day one, full refund.
Pricing
- Identity verification cases: $150–$300 flat. Typical resolution 24–72 hours.
- Standard suspension appeals (personal accounts): $300–$800. Typical resolution 5–14 days.
- Hacked account recovery: $400–$1,000 depending on complexity. Typical resolution 5–21 days. Time-sensitive.
- Business account restrictions: $800–$2,000 scoped per case. Typical resolution 2–6 weeks.
- Verification (blue check) appeals: $500–$1,500 depending on prior verification status.
All pricing communicated in writing before any work starts. No surprise fees. Refund issued in full if the case is unrecoverable from day one — we do not take payment for impossible cases.
Why we don't ask for your password
Account recovery services that ask for your password are doing one of two things: logging in directly to attempt the recovery (which often makes things worse, because Meta detects unfamiliar logins), or worse, using your account for unrelated purposes. Legitimate recovery happens through official appeal channels — submission forms, email correspondence with support, and partner escalation. None of this requires us to have your password. You keep credentials at all times.
Time-sensitive: hacked accounts
If your Instagram account was hacked within the last 48 hours, message us immediately. Meta's recovery flow is much more reliable in the first 72 hours after a hack — recovery emails sent during this window have a much higher reversal rate. Faster contact = better outcome.
Frequently asked questions
Can you recover a permanently disabled Instagram account?
Sometimes yes, often no. If the account was disabled for a clear policy violation it is usually unrecoverable. If the disable was a false positive (incorrect impersonation flag, copyright strike on your own content, locked due to suspicious-login false positive) recovery is often possible. We tell you which case yours is before charging anything.
How long does Instagram account recovery take?
Identity verification: 24–72 hours. Suspension appeals: 5–14 days. Business account recovery: 2–6 weeks. Verification (blue check) re-verification: 2–8 weeks.
Will I need to share my Instagram password?
No. We work through official Meta appeal channels and partner support escalation. Never need your password. You forward emails, submit forms, and provide identity proof to Meta directly under our guidance — credentials stay with you at all times.
How much does Instagram account recovery cost?
Per case after review. Verification: $150–$300. Standard suspensions: $300–$800. Hacked accounts: $400–$1,000. Business recoveries: $800–$2,000+. Refund if unrecoverable from day one.
What's your success rate on Instagram recovery?
Identity verification with documentation: ~85%. Standard suspension appeals where violation was minor or false-positive: ~50%. Repeat-violation suspensions and policy-clear bans: low, usually declined.
Can you recover a hacked Instagram account?
Yes, one of the more recoverable case types. We help with identity verification submissions, escalation through verified business and partner channels, and coordination with original recovery email or phone. Most resolve in 5–21 days. Contact us as soon as possible after detection.
