We help with appeal drafting, evidence preparation, and escalation through official platform channels — we do not help recover accounts that don't belong to you, bypass legitimate enforcement actions, or evade ToS violations.

If your account was suspended for a clear violation, we'll tell you upfront whether an appeal has any reasonable chance.

How long does account recovery take?

Highly variable. Simple verification issues (lost 2FA, lost recovery email) often resolve in 24–72 hours. Standard suspension appeals on Instagram or Facebook take 5–14 days on average. Complex business account recoveries with policy issues can take 2–6 weeks. We give honest timeline estimates after case review — and tell you upfront if a case looks unrecoverable.

What's your success rate?

Recovery success depends heavily on case type. For verification issues on accounts you legitimately own with documentation: ~80–90%. For policy-based suspensions where the violation was minor: ~40–60%. For repeat-violation suspensions: low and we'll usually decline the case. We refund if the case is unrecoverable from day one.

Will you work on accounts that aren't mine?

No. We only help legitimate account holders recover access to accounts they actually own. We require proof of ownership (original email, payment records, business registration where applicable) before starting any case. We do not help take over accounts, bypass legitimate enforcement actions, or evade ToS violations.

Do I need to share my password?

No. We work entirely through official appeal channels and platform support escalation. We never need your password. For some cases we may ask you to perform certain actions (forwarding emails, submitting forms) under our guidance — but you keep credentials at all times.
