Facebook account recovery service

Recover legitimately-owned Facebook accounts, pages, Business Manager assets, and ad accounts. Refund if your case is unrecoverable from day one.

Facebook (Meta) ecosystem disables come in many forms — personal account suspensions, page restrictions, Business Manager bans, ad account holds, and verification removals. Each has a different appeal flow and a different team within Meta handling the review. Knowing which channel to escalate through is most of the battle.

What we don't do: recover accounts that aren't legitimately yours, evade enforcement on repeated policy violations, or charge for cases with no realistic path forward. Free case review tells you upfront whether your situation is worth pursuing.

Process

  1. Free case review. You share what was disabled, when, error messages received, and any prior appeals. We respond within hours with feasibility assessment and fixed price.
  2. Documentation gathering. Personal accounts: government ID. Business assets: business registration, tax ID, domain ownership proof, prior ad spend records.
  3. Channel selection. Different appeals route through different Meta teams: in-app appeals, Meta Business Help Center, Pro Team escalation (for partners), Trust & Safety review, ad-policy appeal flow. We pick the right channel based on disable type.
  4. Appeal drafting. We write the appeal language for you to submit. Meta reviews respond very differently to specific phrasing — vague appeals get auto-rejected; precise appeals citing the actual policy and explaining why the disable was incorrect get human review.
  5. Multiple escalations. Most cases need 2–5 follow-ups over 1–6 weeks. We manage the cadence.
  6. Resolution. Account/page/asset restored, or honest "no further options" verdict. Full refund if unrecoverable from day one.

Why we don't ask for your password

Legitimate Facebook recovery happens through official Meta appeal channels — submission forms, identity verification with Meta directly, and partner escalation. None of this requires us to have your password. Services that ask for credentials are either logging in directly (which makes things worse — Meta detects unfamiliar logins and flags the account further) or using your account for unrelated purposes. You keep credentials at all times.

Time-sensitive cases: hacked accounts and ad spend

Frequently asked questions

Can you recover a disabled Facebook page or Business Manager?

Often yes for false-positive disables and policy issues with a documented appeal path. Restricted ad accounts and disabled Business Manager are among the more recoverable cases when the underlying business is legitimate. Pages disabled for clear repeated violations have low recovery probability — we tell you upfront.

How long does Facebook account recovery take?

Identity verification: 24–72 hours. Personal suspensions: 5–21 days. Business Manager / ad account restrictions: 2–6 weeks. Page recovery: 1–4 weeks. Verification appeals: 2–8 weeks.

How much does Facebook account recovery cost?

Identity verification: $150–$300. Personal suspensions: $300–$800. Hacked account: $400–$1,200. Business Manager / ad account: $800–$2,500. Refund if unrecoverable from day one.

Can you recover a hacked Facebook account?

Yes. Time-sensitive — contact us as soon as possible after detection. Meta's recovery flow is more reliable in the first 72 hours after a hack. We help with identity verification, partner escalation, and coordination with original email or phone.

Will I need to give you my Facebook password?

No. We work through official Meta appeal channels and partner support escalation. Never need your password. You forward emails, submit identity verification, and provide proof to Meta directly under our guidance.
