Public bots like MEE6 and Carl-bot are great for sub-5k member servers with standard needs. Once you're past that — token-gated communities, custom monetization, raid scenarios that public bots can't anticipate — you need code that's tuned to your specific use case. Our automation suites are bespoke: same standard features, plus exactly what your server needs and nothing it doesn't.
What does the suite cost?
Standard suite from $1,200 (2–3 weeks delivery). Larger deployments for 50k+ member servers with multi-bot sharding run $3,000+. Optional retainer for ongoing maintenance ($150–$500/month depending on scope) covers Discord API changes, mod-team request handling, and performance tuning.
Can the suite handle a 100k+ member server?
Yes. For servers above 50k members we deploy with sharded bot architecture so a single bot process is never a single point of failure. We also use Redis caching for member state and queue-based command handling to absorb spikes (e.g., during giveaways or raids).
What raid protection is included?
Standard raid protection: join-rate threshold detection, automatic lockdown mode, account-age filtering, suspicious-name pattern matching, captcha gates for new members, and rapid-message filtering. For high-target servers we add custom heuristics like trust-tier role progression and CAPTCHA-only entry.
Does the suite work for Web3/crypto communities?
Yes. Web3-specific features include wallet verification (Phantom, MetaMask), NFT/token-gated role assignment, on-chain activity-based access tiers, and integration with Collab.Land or our own token-gating layer.
Will my mod team be able to use the dashboard without coding?
Yes. The web dashboard is built for non-technical moderators. Standard features: rule editing, automod tuning, member moderation actions, scheduled post management, and audit log review. Role-based permissions so junior mods don't get admin power.
