Do you work on milestones or fixed-price?
Both. Smaller projects (under $1,500) typically run as fixed-price with deposit upfront and balance on delivery. Larger projects break into milestones — discovery, alpha, beta, production — with partial payments at each step. Escrow accepted on first projects.
